I used Angelfire exclusively to create my website. I used only the templates since I found myself always running low on time. I hated using the templates when I couldn’t make the page look the way I wanted. I know to remedy this I need to learn HTML code and use different software. There really weren’t that many pop ups on the free version to bother me. Either that, or my computer blocked them. The ad is very minimal also. My main challenge was time and some personal issues that came up. The course was well designed for someone like me to begin a serious interest in web authoring. I really want to look into this further. With more time and leisurely time, I can use the tools and resources I have found and been given to really do a good job with a website of my own. I also had problems with graphics. I never did overcome this issue. I think something was wrong when I loaded them, I am not really sure. I have a meeting with the technology person from our school to fix it once and for all. Every time I knew how I wanted my page to look, I could not find a template on my Web-hosting server to fit what I wanted. Other than that, there were no real issues with the Web-hosting server. All in all, I loved this course. I like the condensed version, but never again will I try it in the fall. It is the WORST time of year for me. I also chose to take this course pregnant since I didn’t want to take it with three children instead of two. What was I thinking?
